  1. Who you are reading. The pages at vitrinedopao.com/reads/ are kept by VITRINE DO PAO PANIFICADORA E CONFEITARIA LTDA, CNPJ 15.801.714/0001-76, Rua Quinze de Novembro, São Judas, Tatuí, SP, 18276-010, Brazil. Reading on means accepting these points.
  2. What a read is. General information about the habits of a working day, drawn from published studies and common experience, written for adults. A read describes patterns; it promises nothing to anyone.
  3. What a read is not. Not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment and not a replacement for a licensed professional. Nothing here settles whether a medication, a diet a doctor ordered or an exercise plan should begin, end or change. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  4. The commercial side. The company is enrolled in an independent affiliate program and may publish spoken presentations about products sold by retailers in the United States. Any page that leads to one of those presentations, or to a retailer, announces it. Prices, delivery, guarantees and refunds belong to the retailer; an order may bring the company an affiliate commission paid by the retailer, at no extra cost to the buyer.
  5. Using the text and images. They belong to the company. Reading, printing and sharing a link are free. Quoting a short passage with credit and a link is fine. Republishing a whole piece, removing the publisher's name or passing the material off as yours is not.
  6. Links outward. Pages outside this section are not under the company's control and are not endorsed as a whole; their content and their handling of data are their own.
  7. Responsibility. The section is offered as it is. The company takes care to describe research faithfully, but gives no warranty of completeness or availability and, as far as the law allows, does not answer for decisions a reader takes on the strength of general information. Consumer protections under the law are untouched.
