These notes cover the reading section at vitrinedopao.com/reads/ and its pages. | What you can type here | Nothing. The section offers no form, no login, no comment field and no mailing list. |

| What the host records | The provider that serves the pages keeps the technical trace any web server keeps: network address, browser and device type, page requested and time. It serves security and capacity; nothing else is layered on top. |
| Fonts | Typefaces load from Google Fonts; the browser requests them from Google directly, under Google's own terms. |
| If you write to us | What arrives is your e-mail address, the name you sign with, and the message itself. It is used to answer you and kept while the matter is open, then for up to twelve months. |
| Links that leave the section | A read may link to published research, to the bakery's own pages or, where stated, to a spoken presentation. Pages outside this section follow their own privacy rules. |
| Who else sees anything | The hosting provider and Google Fonts, as above. Nobody buys the trace and nobody is handed it, except a court or an authority with the power to require it. |
| Readers under eighteen | The section addresses adults; nothing about minors is kept on purpose. |
Your rights, and the clock on them
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018, a reader may ask whether we hold data about him, see it, correct it, have it anonymised, blocked or deleted, learn with whom it was shared and withdraw any consent given. Requests go to the address above and are answered within 15 business days (15 dias úteis). A complaint may also be taken to the National Data Protection Authority, ANPD, at gov.br/anpd. The person in charge of data (encarregado) is reachable at the same e-mail.
When these notes change
A new edition replaces this one on the same page, with a new date at the top. The edition on screen is the one in force.
